Ultimate Healing Journey feels that it is by helping the women of today that we can begin to help the rest of the world. Women are at the hub of every relationship. 8. Why have you decided to combine life coaching and energy healing coaching together?

I think it is providing the complete and ultimate package to the person. We are such a complex being that despite our true intention of leading our best life, we get stuck in our own limitations. In combining the two unique forms of coaching, I am able to support my clients by teaching ways to remove internal obstacles in order to free them to fully living their best life.

9. What is the main difference between coaching and mentoring?

While most people use these two words interchangeably, there is a main difference between the two. Coaching sees the coachee (the person being coached) as the expert of his/her life. The coaches’ role in this working relationship is to provide the space for the coachee to feel heard and witnessed. Mentoring on the other hand, is a working relationship where the mentor is seen as the expert and the person being mentored is there to learn from the mentor.

10. I am interested in Laughter Yoga® but I feel funny laughing in front of others. Any suggestions?

Yes, most people feel the same way. Laughter Yoga® starts with conditional laughter (laughing because you have to) then becomes unconditional laughter (laughing without inhibition because you are having such a great time.) That’s why the main slogan for Laughter Yoga® is “FAKE IT ‘TIL YOU MAKE IT”

12. How can I find the time to do your programs when my life is so busy?

That is the choice that you have to make. My question to you is how much longer can you continue running on empty and going faster than you’ve ever gone but not really going anywhere? Where do you see it taking a toll in your life? Is your health, your job, your relationships with your boyfriend, spouse, or kids suffering? Are you ready? If you are, we are ready for you.

14. You talk about success and abundance all the time. What does that mean to you?

To me, success means freely living a life that has balance, health, and harmony without compromising my inner truth and integrity. It’s having what I want in the world that makes adds meaning and fulfillment in my life. Abundance means a lot to me. I want to have abundance in not only money but also in having time with those I love and what makes me happy. To be able to do the things that really bring out the excitement and giggles from inside of me. The abundance mindset also means having more than enough for everyone.
